Dr. Cyndi Romine focuses on rescuing children from sex trafficking and victimization. Cyndi is recognized internationally as one of the leading authorities regarding child sex trafficking, victimization and also provides active solutions in rescuing victims of this injustice. Cyndi has been described as a woman who is willing to criss-cross the globe to answer the call of her passion regardless of personal cost. She’s weathered typhoons, navigated floods and stood boldly in the midst of terrorism.
Mila F. Romine
Mila Romine has been an active part of Called To Rescue since 1992 when we started training, caring for victimized and sexually abused children. She has been active in awareness trainings both in the USA and in the Philippines and her passion and drive to rescue one child at a time is unwavering. Mila has traveled and worked with Called To Rescue in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Mexico, Guatemala and Israel. She is loved internationally. She is very informed and in awareness presentations she is the one who does the self-defense piece of prevention in schools. The youth love her. Mila serves on the Called To Rescue board both in the USA and in the Philippines.
Anthony N. Pangilinan
Anthony Pangilinan is a management trainer, motivational speaker, and productivity consultant. He has conducted and attended training programs in over 50 countries in the last 25 years. In various capacities, he leads a myriad of organizations. He is the Chief Disturber of Training & Events Company Businessworks Inc., and the President of The Parenting Company. He is also the Chief Training of Inspire Leadership Consultancy, the official licensee of all John Maxwell and Zig Ziglar corporate programs in the Philippines. Anthony also heads The Master’s Lighthouse Foundation, was the pioneering head of the new PLDT-Smart Foundation, a director for the anti human trafficking foundation Called To Rescue and trustee for the De La Salle University in Dasmarinas Cavite. Anthony writes for BusinessWorld in his weekly Monday column, “Success Plus!” and hosts a new weekly radio-TV program “Magbago Tayo” every Saturday over RadyoSingko and AksyonTV of TV5. Anthony is married to Maricel Laxa Pangilinan with whom he has 5 children — Ella, Donny, Hannah, Benjamin and Solana — and heads Team Pangilinan, regular participants to funruns, triathlons, and ironman competitions promoting a fit, balanced and productive lifestyle.
Pablo de Borja
Pablo de Borja has been in the practice of law since 1974 or for 36 years now and counting.
Apart from law practice, Mr. de Borja served as Director (for 6 consecutive years since charter date) of the rotary club of Makati South and was President of said club in 1987-1988. He likewise sat as Director of the Alabang Country Club for 3 years and was its President in 2003-2004. A member of the Fraternal Order of Utopia, Mr. de Borja serves as Director, Corporate Secretary and Consultant of numerous corporations including the Penn-Wharton Alumni Association and Smartmatic TIM corporation, the joint venture providing the system for the Philippines’ first automated national and local elections.
In addition to being a modern day abolitionist, Eric is a social entrepreneur, creativity facilitator, designer & aspiring author. Passionate about teaching organizations how to integrate innovation techniques and processes into their corporate culture, Eric has lectured on the topics of design, creativity, innovation and motivation at universities and numerous organizations around the world for over 10 years.
With over 12 years in the creative industry, Eric is the former creative director of Singapore design firm Formul8 and San Francisco design firm Wang Hutner. He’s conducted workshops for government agencies as well as global brands like Microsoft, Nokia, Standard Chartered, MTV, Temasek Holdings, Singapore Ministry of Education, Discovery Channel and MasterCard, just to name a few.
He is married to Donita Rose and they have a bright 7 year old son, J.P. (Joshua Paul).
